Responsibility
OxiMail is developed and maintained by Activate sàrl. Founder: Julien Frère. We make reasonable efforts to keep this site accurate, but content describing roadmap features is subject to change; shipped versus planned status is indicated throughout.
Software licensing
The OxiMail server is distributed under the OxiMail License, a fair-source licence: free for an organisation running it for itself with up to five users, paid above that threshold and paid from the first mailbox for anyone operating it on behalf of third parties. Each release converts to AGPL-3.0-or-later four years after it ships. The client applications (Workspace, Sync, Drive) and the optional modules are distributed under a separate commercial licence. The licence text is being finalised and will be published in full with the server source.
Trademarks
OxiMail and the OxiMail logo are marks of Activate sàrl. Other product names mentioned (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive comparison only.
